Step 1: Damage Occurs

When you have a water or fire loss occur, it’s imperative that you contact a professional to help you.  Waiting will only cause more damage to occur.  Contact DryPro Restoration if you find yourself in a situation.

Step 2: DryPro Expertise

Call 973-797-9860 and our certified technicians will explain how it works and respond in less than 1 hour to inspect the damage. Once the damage is inspected, we’ll formulate the best plan to resolve.

Step 3: Evaluate Damage

The DryPro Restoration team will walk through the property with you to determine the severity of the loss.  We will then create an action plan and review it with you.  Before we begin the work, we will need you to sign a work authorization form.

Step 4: Execute Action Plan

We will begin to mitigate and clean up the impacted areas of the property.  Throughout the process, we will keep the home or business owner updated.  We set our goal on getting the property to a pre-loss condition to minimize the loss.

Step 5: Completion

Upon completion of the project, we will walk you through and discuss what was done.  We’ll make sure that we have met the expectations of our initial evaluation.  Assuming you’re satisfied with the work that was done, we’ll have you sign the completion documentation.
